Started on the shop floor at a Korean tier-1 automotive supplier feeding Hyundai's JIT line. Grew into a recognised SAP S/4HANA power user at Alstom's rolling-stock facility, where I wrote VBA automation that replaced days of manual negative-stock corrections and earned the GSI Excellence Award.

Today, I coordinate end-to-end freight lifecycles for 10+ international clients at ISS Global Forwarding in Dubai — and when the monthly invoicing bottleneck wouldn't budge, I designed and shipped a custom web-based warehouse billing tool that killed it.
